Wednesday 7/1: Redbud – All I See is Grey

There’s a new bluegrass band on the scene from Boone, a quintet that met while studying at App State. Lucas Ward on guitar, Griffin Decker on mandolin, Dayne Watson on banjo, Addy Quinn on fiddle, and Chase Arden on upright bass. They competed in the Battle of the Banjos for the upcoming Earl Scruggs Music Festival, and are playing shows around the region in support of a new EP. To quote their bio: “If ya ain’t pickin’, ya ain’t living.”
