The Rumble
The 7th annual Rumble, rock climbing and bouldering competition will be held on March 5 at Rumbling Bald Climbing Access in Lake Lure. Experienced and beginner climbers are invited to participate. Prizes will be awarded to top competitors in 31 categories. Proceeds will go to the Carolina Climbers Coalition's mission of protecting, preserving, and expanding climbing access. Partial proceeds will benefit the expansion of the Buffalo Creek Park parking lot in Lake Lure. The Riveter is the title sponsor of the event.
