MARSHALL, NC – Get ready for a showdown like no other! On Saturday, July 26, Mal’s Bar in downtown Marshall will host MAW: Mamas of Arm Wrestling—an all-out, high-energy ladies arm wrestling tournament in support of the Community Housing Coalition (CHC) of Madison County.
Doors open at 5 PM, and the first match starts at 6 PM sharp.

This unforgettable evening will feature 26 fierce lady competitors battling for the honor of taking home the first-ever MAW Championship Belt. Fan favorites like Queenpin, Cuntry Dumplin, Korn Chowder, Phoenix Faucet, and The Tennessee Twister will go arm-to-arm for glory.
Jared Ericksen will emcee the event, while Morgan Diep of MAW Organizer and Co-Founder of Yes Mam: Artist Collective will serve as referee—keeping order in the ring and delivering drama with style. The night also features a wild side show from “Smashing Punkins” Fruit Smashers, and music from DJ Amos, spinning the wrestlers’ walk-out anthems.
Ticket proceeds from the event directly benefit the Community Housing Coalition of Madison County, which provides urgent home repairs, accessibility upgrades, and housing support to residents in need.
