ALAN MUNDE & BILL EVANS Live Saturday, August 5th at 4pm

Jul 31, 2017

Two highly revered banjo maestros in bluegrass and other styles visit us on Saturday afternoon. Bill Evans keeps up a busy schedule as an instructor and mentor for professionals and amateurs alike, and Alan Munde is perhaps best known for his long tenure in Country Gazette, after starting off with Jimmy Martin & the Sunny Mountain Boys way back when. They each perform alone and together every once in a while, and it's a treat to welcome them both to WNCW for a chat with Joe Greene before their show at the Isis Restaurant & Music Hall's upstairs lounge Saturday evening.
