Saltire Gallerie is proudly in partnership with the Scottish Cultural Organization of the Triangle to produce the An Evening at the Hogg House event. This year’s highlights include Scottish highland dance performances, traditional games, iconic food, serene 19th/20th century Scottish and British fine art, paintings of Outlander scenes, and the Outlander costume exhibit! The exhibit will feature one of the main character’s most recognized dresses, the white dress Claire wore while on her journey through the stones, beginning the romantic tale of two worlds. Also featured in this exhibit are Jamie Fraser’s Continental Soldier costume, worn during the scenes of the Battle of Monmouth during the Revolutionary War, and other costumes from the popular series. In addition, art pieces from Outlander’s production team and local artists will be on display. If you love Outlander, you do not want to miss this!
