Highlander is thrilled to welcome back two of our all time favorite artists, Tyler Ramsey and T. Hardy Morris, to perform together for one incredible evening on October 30th, 2025 as the next installment in our 2025 Salon Series.
Each artist has paved his own way in the sonic space with masterful guitar playing and fiercely powerful songwriting. Tyler Ramsey is based outside of Asheville and is a fingerstyle guitarist with one of the most captivating voices in indie rock. He launched into our consciousness as the lead guitarist of Band of Horses, contributing to their soaring sound across three studio albums including several Grammy nominations. He has gone on to release several critically acclaimed albums as a solo artist- For the Morning, New Lost Ages, and the forthcoming masterpiece Celestun made with My Morning Jacket’s Carl Broemmel.
Born and raised in Georgia, T. Hardy got his start in the southern psych rock band Dead Confederate which shared bills with REM and Dinosaur Jr. to name a few. He then carved his name out as a successful solo artist with a series of highly acclaimed albums including Dude the Obscure, The Digital Age of Rome, and 2025’s incredible Artificial Tears produced by Carl Broemmel.
