In this presentation, indigenous writer and activist Hector Itzcuautli will share his experience as an immigrant and author of a new historical fantasy. Through images, Hector will take us to different places where he got the inspiration to write his novel, The Seven Stones of Creation.

The author will share how native people of the Americas practiced Permaculture centuries before this term was invented, and the importance of indigenous people as Mother Earth's protectors. Hector will share music and voices from the people of Abya Yala (the Americas).
