The Hub City Chili Cook-off is an International Chili Society (ICS) sanctioned event. The ICS is renowned for founding and operating the World Championship Chili Cook-Off® (WCCC), held annually each fall. This prestigious affiliation ensures that attendees will experience top-tier chili creations from both seasoned chefs and passionate amateurs.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, the event will feature live performances by local bands including Back 9, Cross-eyed Betty, Monkey Hill and The Millwrites.
