Mindful Storytime and Yoga for Families - 8/7
Children's author and mindfulness coach Rashmi Kumar Shah joins local yoga instructor Brooke Sullivan for an all-ages afternoon workshop!
This interactive event blends storytelling with emotional wellness, helping young readers explore calm breathing, connection, and creativity.
