Asheville's most popular pop-noir band, Stephanie's ID, is the brain-child of Stephanie Morgan, a “female Jim Morrison at a ballet class” (The Asheville Disclaimer). They take over the Diana WorthamTheatre's stage on Saturday the 19th for a fundraiser for the Youth Education Scholarship Fund. The band will be joined by some of the young recipients, as well as a choir of local all-star vocalists, and several of Stephanie and Chuck Lichtenberger's own students. It's their one show in the area this month before hitting Mid-Atlantic states in April, including World Cafe Live in Philadelphia.
