HARD 2 HANDLE - The Black Crowes Experience is the areas only tribute to, “The most rock n roll, rock n roll band in the world…. The Black Crowes” (Melody Maker). Formed by guitarist Steve O’Dell, along with brother Colden O'Dell on bass, Bryan Porter on guitar, and Scott Burns on drums. Hard 2 Handle features the vocal prowess of lead vocalist Daniel Austin coupled with the undeniable heartfelt soul of renowned vocalist Carrie Ann in addition to her work on the keys to create The Black Crowes experience.
HARD 2 HANDLE - The Black Crowes Experience will play all the hits and re-create the look, sound, and vibe of a live show from the bands prime. The Black Crowes, from Atlanta, Ga were formed in 1984. Their debut album, “Shake Your Money Maker” was released in 1990, had six singles, and sold more than 5 million copies. Their follow up album “The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion” went to number one on the Billboard 200 and reached double platinum status. They have released 46 recordings, including 10 studio, 6 live, 3 compilation, and 27 singles. To date they have sold over 30 million albums.
The JackTown Ramblers, hailing proudly from Morganton, NC, embody the true spirit of bluegrass music with their infectious energy and deep-rooted passion. Consisting of four musicians with a deep history in the music, they have carved out a name for themselves as stalwarts of the local music scene, captivating audiences with their distinctive blend of swingy bluegrass and traditional mountain melodies.

In the 1940s, Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, and Thelonious Monk took jazz to thrilling new heights. The tempos got faster, the harmonies bolder, and the rhythms more complex. Dancers sat down and leaned in to listen. It’s challenging. It’s beautiful. It’s music that asks you to catch up—and rewards you when you do.
Jazz Is for Everyone is a series of five one-hour sessions exploring jazz music. Come to one or join them all—each session stands on its own and welcomes listeners at any level.

Jeremy Walker launched Jazz Is for Everyone in 2004 at his Brilliant Corners Jazz Club, with Wynton Marsalis serving as Artistic Advisor. The program was developed as an Educational Affiliate with Jazz at Lincoln Center. Since then, Walker’s been writing, composing, performing, producing, and speaking about why this music still matters.
Asheville’s favorite night of live music and community spirit, Coverfest, is back for its fifth spectacular year! Coverfest V: A Benefit for Asheville Middle School will take over the Grey Eagle on Sunday, January 18, 2026, from 5:00–11:00 PM, bringing together top local and regional musicians for an unforgettable evening of cover songs—all for a great cause.Over the past several years, Coverfest has become a beloved fixture in Asheville’s music scene, raising thousands of dollars to ensure every Asheville Middle School 8th grader can participate in their annual capstone trip. The event is as much about community as it is about music, creating a space where families, students, and music fans can celebrate collaboration, creativity, and giving back.The Grey Eagle, a longstanding champion of local arts and community initiatives, has been instrumental in making Coverfest V possible.
