ABOUT THE ARTIST TONJA SMITH

As a visual artist,
Tonja focuses on covering canvases with acrylics or oils as she creates narrative impressionistic realism paintings and drawing realistic pencil portraits. Most of Tonja’s art is interpretations of photographs she has made. You can often spot her black shepherd in her paintings.

New Window Gallery is located at 150 W Main St. Valdese NC.

The gallery is part of the Play It Again Records Building.

The two large gallery windows are lit 24 hrs. a day and can

be seen from the curb!
