PLATE FULL O GRATITUDE WILL HONOR DR. MAC ARNOLD THE UPSTATES NATIONAL TREASURE AND LEGENDARY BLUES MAN.

The County of Anderson and The Jo Brown Senior Center are preparing for July 20th when the County will be hosting Plate Full O Gratitude, a celebration honoring the 80th Birthday of Dr. Mac Arnoldat The Anderson Civic Center at 3027 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Anderson, SC.

Admission is $62.50 per person at a table of 8 to enjoy 4 hours of non stop music and a soul food dinner buffet.

The stage will feature top notch talent filling the evening with unprecedented music. We have recently secured International Recording Artist and Blues Legends as our headliner.

Non-Stop Music and gratitude to our Legends is what this event is all about.

The music celebration will be held on Wednesday, July 20th doors at 5:00 PM with dinner and a show from 6:00 PM to 10 PM. There will be a special dinner and top notch entertainment and more fun awaiting our music fans.

The Celebrity jam will feature some of the Upstate’s and surrounding areas most talented performers.

The list of supporting organizations involved for the event is growing, Our Site Host, The County of Anderson, The Jo Brown Senior Center, Blues Music Magazine, Golden Grove Brewery, Cityscape Winery, Dove Catering, Artist Suzanne Accetta, and Locklear Galleries, are just a few who are already on board.

We feel all our National Treasures and Blues Legends deserve recognition for the many years that have blessed us with their musical talents. The Music Community is coming together to ensure this and learn wonderful musical traditions from the masters.
