We welcome local importer Rise Over Run Wine, a small import and distribution company based in Asheville, NC. Rise Over Run is the result of a deep love of family farms, sustainable growing, and unadulterated wines. Our portfolio emphasizes the cultural component and sense of place that small production, minimal intervention wines express; direct imports further spotlight the importance of slope and elevation (Rise/Run=Slope).

The company mission is to affiliate wine back to farming, dispel the perception that wine is unapproachable, and to promote its enjoyment by all. Through awareness and conscious community effort, ROR hopes to support social change in an industry that has historically had limited diversity and inclusion.

ROR is the only NC-based wine import and distribution company to be 100% owned by a female.

There is a $5/person tasting fee which is waived with the purchase of a bottle. We also offer the featured bottles to go for a 10% discount.
