  • Jeevika Verma joined NPR's Morning Edition and Up First as a producer in February 2020. Verma also contributes to arts and poetry coverage for NPR's culture desk, and is always trying to get more poets on air. She leads the Morning Edition diversity council and works on DEI efforts across the network to help NPR live up to its mission.

  • Trent Henley has been in public radio for 3 decades. He first came to WNCW in the Fall of 1995. He's worked as a DJ, and an NPR host, throughout those years. He has kept his foot in the door at WNCW, since being hired by then-programming director Dan Reed. He says, "They just can't get rid of me."
