DeAnna Knight and her family had searched for Tucker, the dachshund mix, since last week and were overjoyed to have him back. Tucker was one of the seven animals that were missing as a result of the ASPCA truck wreck o Old Fort Mountain.

McDowell News Reporter- Mike Conley took part in this More to the Story interview from August 25, 2021. Mike recapped stories about incentives from county commissioners trying to get employees vaccinated for Covid-19 to an animal rescue along the interstate in Old Fort.
