Pette

Thursday, December 15th at 11am: Al Petteway & Amy White return to Studio B, this time as a prelude to their annual Swannanoa Solstice Holiday show in Asheville on Sunday.& Al & Amy weave contemporary Celtic- and Appalachian-influenced music with occasional nods to rock and jazz, on acoustic guitar, mandolin, Celtic harp, piano, banjo, lap dulcimer, & world percussion.

Friday, December 16th at 11am: One of our favorites in the world, Asheville's Malcolm Holcombe is back, playing another live set in advance of a string of shows in Johnson City, Asheville, Knoxville, and elsewhere, including number of benefits. "Not quite country, somewhere beyond folk, Holcombe's music is a kind of blues in motion, mapping backwoods corners of the heart." ~David Fricke- Rolling Stone Magazine.
