Guest Steve Harrison, Reporter for WFAE Public Radio, Charlotte, provided the latest information on the idea that Charlotte City Council would like to move from two-year terms to four-years.  Several members say that two years is just not enough time to get everything they'd like accomplished.  Council will allow the final decision to go before voters, but results that way may not give the majority of members what they want.  Last time such a vote took place, it failed.  This conversation originally aired Feb. 6, 2019.
