The grassroots community movement #AshevilleStrong is publishing a digital cookbook to help raise funds for restaurant workers during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The book includes more than 35 recipes from the city's independent restaurants featuring familiar Asheville eateries like Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack, Vinny's Italian, 12 Bones, and The Corner Kitchen. This Friday Feature interview originally aired May 8, 2020 and features Asheville Strong Founder Catherine Campbell.
