Headquartered in Western North Carolina, the former Center for Disordered Eating has become the Carolinas Resource Center for Eating Disorders. Executive Director of the group Simone Seitz was guest of this Friday Feature Interview of the Week to talk about this issue and what the group is doing to help change lives for the better.
