Kim grew up in the small town of Rutherfordton nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.  She has always had “ a song in her heart” and has loved music of all kinds her entire life. Her sisters were mortified many times as she would sing aloud with the Juke Box at a local pizza place.   Her love of business won her a degree from NC State University.  As the Membership Coordinator, she works closely with the Fund Raisers and deals directly with member accounts and gift fulfillment.  She believes “Our members are the heartbeat of the station.”  Her life has been blessed with a wonderful husband and two energetic sons that keep her very busy.  When she’s not at the station, you can find her on a baseball field cheering her kids on,  exploring new adventures with her friends and family or day dreaming about being somewhere tropical!
