After forming 18 years ago in New Orleans, Galactic has finally made a carnival album. "Carnivale Electricos," featuring a variety of guests, and drawing on the pulses of both Mardi Gras and the great mega-carnivals of Brazil, is their most eclectic, electric offering yet.
