Allison Dyer, Steve Breckenridge and Tom Sims were approved as new members of the Board.

The minutes of the May 2, 2005 and November 1, 2005 meetings were approved as corrected (the date for this meeting was incorrect).

Kate presented the final results of the Fall, 2005 Fund Raiser which are attached to these minutes.  There was a general discussion of some of the changes that will be made in the Spring, 2006 Fund Raiser.  The Board commended the staff for completing a successful fund drive in spite of difficult circumstances.

The Spring Fund Raiser will be March 20-25.  David urged each CAB member to be there for part of the time to help answer telephones.  The staff will continue to work on ways to involve the CAB in other ways with the fund raisers.

Since the staff cannot represent WNCW at all of the festivals in our area, the CAB has been asked to help with this. Leanna will put together some information to help the CAB get more involved and several members expressed interest in doing so.

Leanna distributed the latest draft of the WNCW brochure and asked for feedback from the CAB.

Ele reported that Kim Clark will now host "Local Color" on the air and asked that we supply any information we might have on local bands that she might have on the show. The station is also interviewing for an operations director.
